By purchasing from Phantom Fireball, you agree to the following terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. In the event of an inventory error or other unforeseen circumstance, Phantom Fireball reserves the right to cancel and refund an order in full.
Limited Editions
All prints are sold as limited-edition works. Each artwork is signed and numbered where stated.
When applicable, due to the hand-crafted nature of screen printing, slight variations between prints may occur. These variations are considered part of the character of the work and do not constitute defects.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Norway.
Shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Phantom Fireball is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for processing.
Damaged Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, please contact Phantom Fireball within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the item.
Damaged items will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the limited-edition nature of the artwork, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

The purchase of artwork does not transfer or grant any reproduction, distribution, commercial, or licensing rights.
